Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Because many of our products are made-to-order or customized, we have specific guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • A credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within a few business days

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds may take several business days to post
  3. Contact your bank — some processing time may apply

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or have print/quality issues due to our error.

To request an exchange:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return
  • A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item is received

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
